Mr. Grist has 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, executive, and director in mining exploration, natural resource development, Renewable Energy and sustainable Clean-Tech. Over the past 15 years he has focused on a wide range of renewable energy development and energy efficiency measures while facilitating new technologies coming to market. Mr. Grist founded three companies that achieved IPO’s and subsequent public listings on the TSX. Mr. Grist Currently serves as the CEO of Infinidium Power Corp.

Mr. Serdyukov has over 14 years of structural design experience. His expertise includes structural design using reinforced concrete, timber and structural steel. Over the years of professional engineering practice, he worked on multiple Residential, Commercial, Municipal, Nuclear, Oil and Gas, Agricultural, Waste Treatment, Water and Wastewater and Renewable Energy projects across Canada. Mr. Serdyukov is a licensed professional engineer in the Province of Alberta and also in Ontario, British Columbia, Yukon, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick. Theoretical knowledge and practical experience, combined with finite element computer modelling, allow him to solve complex structural problems and provide clients with reliable and cost-efficient solutions.

Mr. Mayer has been involved in the construction and development industry in Calgary for over 25 years. As a site supervisor and project manager he has helped facilitate the successful completion of multiple varieties of commercial and residential construction projects including warehouses, high-rise towers, and multimillion-dollar homes. Using his experience from working for large construction companies, he created his own company in 2011, which has found continued success. Chad graduated from SAIT with a degree in management and will lead the development and is currently a project manager for Jayman Homes overseeing subdivision housing development.

Mr. Lee was involved in the restaurant and entertainment industry for over 15 years. He managed planning and construction while serving as Vice President of operations and as an owner of western Canada's largest nightclub and entertainment venue. He then joined the construction industry focused on single and multi-family dwellings, eventually becoming project manager while overseeing new construction and renovation projects in Calgary for more than 10 years. Mr. Lee attended SAIT graduating at the top of his class with a degree in No- Destructive Testing proficient in five different disciplines of inspection and he is registered with the Nuclear Safety Commission. Mr. Lee is currently training for his CCPO Certification Field Assessor examination and CSA Certification for concrete construction.
